Craig is a highly experienced and sought after Exercise Physiologist, recognised for his high attention to detail and caring approach. One of Melbourne’s leading practitioners in treating lower back pain, Craig’s expert approach helps those managing complex and persistent pain to better understand their movement potential through specialist assessment, treatment planning and creating a unique rehabilitation pathway using clinical exercise. Claudia Cosoleto - Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Claudia is a well established Exercise Physiologist with special interests in PCOS, pre conceptive care, type 2 diabetes and obesity as well as vestibular rehabilitation. She has completed additional professional development in women's health.
In addition to her clinical exercise postgraduate qualifications, Claudia also holds an ACSA Accredited Level 1 Strength and Conditioning qualification. Having studied in both Australia and the United Kingdom,her broad experience brings with it an expert, confident and supportive approach to her care.
Claudia's focus on an individual and holistic approach is well combined with her gentle and caring demeanor.
Zachary Hines - Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Zac is a passionate and caring member of the team with special interests in the management of shoulder rehabilitation, Type 1 Diabetes, building and sustaining a healthy lifestyle, as well as falls and balance retraining.
With experience in working in acute hospital as well as gym settings, Zac is truly passionate about providing comprehensive care and support for the long term.

Nicole French - Founder & Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Nicole is the driving force behind the practice and one of Australia’s leading authorities in the use of exercise to manage chronic disease and Diabetes. A passionate advocate for better access to healthcare, Nicole is an expert contributor to Diabetes Victoria, Director of the Primary Care Diabetes Society of Australia, ambassador for the Girls Uniform Agenda and former committee member of Parents Voice Australia.
Nicole is a leader in her field winning the 2020 Exercise and Sports Science Australia Female Leaders in Exercise & Sports Science award, 2023 Australian Women's Small Business Champion award, 2023 Exercise and Sports Science Australia National Exercise Physiology Practice of the Year award, and the 2024 Australian Exercise Physiologist of the year award.
Nicole has a strong academic background with several fomer postgraduate teaching appointments across Australia and currently serves on the Victoria University program advisory committee. Nicole was also awarded the 2024 RACGP/NIB major resarch grant alongside of her colleague A/Prof Ralph Audehm for their diabetes remission project T2D - take 2 : diabetes.

Peter Vitale - Senior Physiotherapist | Clinical Director
Peter leads our Physiotherapy team and is a well-known practitioner with Melbourne’s leading surgeons and medical specialists. Known for his accurate diagnosis and manual treatment skills, Peter's areas of specialty include post-operative rehabilitation, sport physiotherapy, jaw physiotherapy and Vestibular Physiotherapy.
He has worked with many professional athletes, including A-league Footballers and elite tennis players. Peter delivers professional courses in post-operative and Vestibular physiotherapy all across Australia and brings over a decade's worth of experience to his treatment. His passion to help those managing a Vestibular disorder was so great that in 2018 he founded the the Melbourne Vestibular Clinic which operates out of our centre.
Samantha Shirley - Physiotherapist
Samantha is a highly skilled physiotherapist with a special interest in injury rehabilitation, Vestibular conditions and headaches. Her high attention to detail nature, combined with her friendly demeanour makes her a real favourite amongst clients and colleagues.
Sam's educational background of a Bachelor of Exercise Science as well as a Master of Physiotherapy Practice gives her a unique perspective throughout the treatment journey utilising both hands on and movement-based techniques to help her clients reach goals they never thought possible.
Having worked with a variety of individuals and conditions her philosophy centres around a longer term outlook on health and looks to combine incredible diagnostic skills with functional and sustainable rehab plans.
Jamie Broadbent - Physiotherapist
Jamie is a dual qualified Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist with extensive experience with musculoskeletal injuries and vestibular conditions. He works predominantly with those recovering from orthopedic surgery and sporting injuries as well as with athletes for sports specific pre screening and injury prevention.
Jamie comes from a strong sporting background and practices at an elite level as an AFL umpire. He also regularly appears on radio discussing the importance of physical activity and keeping active.
Jamie's approach to care is to begin with a thorough assessment and look to combine hands on treatment with corrective exercise. His combination of warmth and charisma makes him one of our top conversationalists in the practice.
Keenan Ong - Physiotherapist
Keenan is a dynamic physiotherapist with an unwavering commitment to client care.
